| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. | Returns Policy Bababoo wants you to be completely satisfied with your order. If, for whatever reason you are not happy with your goods, we will exchange or refund your purchase. All item(s) must be returned unworn and in perfect condition, within 14 days of receipt. We are not able to refund or exchange any sale or promotional items. Please return a copy of your receipt along with your package indicating what you are returning and why, and if you require an exchange or a refund. Upon receipt of your item, if you require a refund your credit card will be refunded within 7 working days. Goods are returned to Bababoo at your own expense however we will send your exchange back at no extra charge. Please note we are unable to refund an item without a copy of your receipt and if all the tags are not intact. We recommend that you obtain a free Certificate of Posting from the Post Office when returning goods to us, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in the post.
